Beyond Body Love: Beauty Confidence in a Post-Pandemic World

Has your body changed during the pandemic? (You’re not alone!) Feeling nervous about heading back out into the world as restrictions ease this summer? Ready to come home to your body and feel like the most radiant, badass version of yourself?

I got you.

Join us for a 90-minute, in-person Workshop with Olaiya Land, founder and editor of Lionesse that will have you feeling sexy, strong and beautiful as we put down our Zoom headsets, get out of our sweats and head out into the streets this summer!

Sunday, March 20th

524 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA

In This Workshop You’ll Learn:

Ways to improve your inner dialogue so you can love up on your body instead of being at war with it

What creates true self-confidence and how to grow it within yourself

How to engage with pleasure each and every day so you can feel radiantly beautiful and sexy

Tips, resources and advice for listening to the wisdom of your body so food and movement can feel joyful

Daily practices for feeling at peace in your body

Ways to connect with your inner bad bitch (yes, you have one) and do the things you’ve been secretly wanting to do: wear the crop top, ask that person out on a date, get that job, take the trip

Olaiya will also be sharing how she overcame a decades-long eating disorder and over-exercising to the point of injury & finally learned to unconditionally love herself. There will be plenty of time for questions, real talk, sipping mimosas and enjoying delicious pastries.

If you’re looking for an inclusive, non-judgmental space to explore what body-love looks like for you—join us!
