Wine Spotlight: Sunlight Cuvée

Our Sunlight Cuvée is the perfect pairing for caviar and will be available on the sparkling flight, and by the glass ($14) or bottle ($38). A blend of 60% Chenin Blanc, 40% Chardonnay from Arete Vineyard and Conley Vineyard in the Columbia Valley AVA, our Sunlight Cuvée is bright and zippy with soft, frothy bubbles, offering juicy orchard fruit flavors with hints of toasted coconut and vanilla, balanced by a lime and tonic-like minerality.
