As the warm weather fades, we have decided to cling to the dregs of summer with all of our strength. Join Foundry Vineyards and local chef Brett Bankson for a Toast to Toasts, to send off summer right. We will be pouring the last of our 2020 Pet-Project bubbles as well as a few other goodies, paired alongside a selection of delicious toasts and light fare. Let’s say goodbye to sunshine together, Seattle!

Tickets are $45/person. This is a fully vaccinated event, proof of vaccination must be shown upon entry.

About Brett Bankson

Brett Bankson is a neuroscientist-turned-chef beginning his career in the Seattle food scene. Among many other skills, he is an avid self-taught cook, serving up some seriously phenomenal fare. After pursuing his PHD in neuroscience, Brett returned to his native Seattle, and is cooking up something delicious for Foundry Vineyards. His approach to cooking, and recent Top Chef Amateur win, have been written about in the Seattle Times and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Get excited for what Brett is plating up!
