Sue Rose is a Seattle-based artist working in painting, drawing, printmaking, and ceramics. For over ten years, she has documented her perfectly imperfect surroundings daily. Her subjects; pencils, her mother’s cats, her wife, shadows, and her shoes. A sense of humor combined with an interest in capturing the everyday has created a rich body of works ranging in scale and mediums that delightfully document what’s in front of us all.
