A COMMITMENT TO
CARE

Wether we're collaborating in-house, or partnering with producers who share our commitment to quality and care, our approach is always the same - we're serious about taking care while we make wine. For our collective future, we do our best to make informed decisions that will benefit our team, our customers, our communities, our land, and the planet.

NATURAL
& ORGANIC
Completing the 3 year certification process, Foundry Vineyards received USDA organic certification in 2020. By focusing on growing and sourcing grapes that are farmed without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides, we can practice minimal intervention winemaking in the cellar.
Our estate vineyard, Stonemarker, all partner vineyards, and our production facility are USDA certified.

ARTISAN
Our goal is quality. We seek the best materials from organic regional growers, draw inspiration from the raw materials, and then transform them in a pure and simple way to deliver creative wines that are a true testament of fruit and site.

COMMUNITY
FOCUSED
Completing the 3 year certification process, Foundry Vineyards received USDA organic certification in 2020. TRANSPARENT
We believe that taste is not enhanced by the use of many ingredients, but by the quality of what is good. That is why we decided to make wine simply, with minimal additives. You can trust every bottle is made with two ingredients: wine and a little s02 at bottling.

CREATIVE
Our change in bottle. We rarely make the same wine twice. It’s unique and imperfect. It reflects the vintage year and changes with them. We make wine to create and explore - experimentation is what we do best.

MAKING AN
IMPACT
As we reflect on our 20th anniversary year, we are thrilled to present our 2023 Impact Report. We have always believed in the power of sustainability, art, and community engagement to shape not only the wines we create but also the world around us. We would not be where we are without the support of our community in Washington and beyond and are more movtivated than ever to continue our work.
