On Alder

Foundry Vineyards is pleased to host On Alder, a group exhibition featuring prints, works on paper, and mixed-media pieces by Mokuhanga Project Space resident artists. On view May 1 through July 13, 2025, the show celebrates the intersection of art, craft, and place — taking its name from Alder Street, home of the residency. Join us for the opening reception on Friday, May 1 from 5 to 7 pm, where we will also be pouring five newly released Foundry Vineyards wines for the first time. On Saturday, May 2, stop by for a live mokuhanga printing demonstration from 1 to 3 pm.

The gallery at Foundry Vineyards opened in 2010 and has been fortunate to exhibit artists such as Deborah Butterfield, Ai Weiwei, Chuck Close, Kiki Smith, Matthew Day Jackson, Rob Pruitt, James Lavadour, and more. In the gallery, we aim to exhibit a diverse group of established artists, mediums, and concepts predominantly in the vein of contemporary art.
The Foundry Vineyards gallery is not open for artist inquiries, however the Andersons believe strongly in collaboration and are open to proposals from art and humanities focused organizations.
