Job Description

Foundry Vineyards is searching for a dynamic individual for the DTC Sales and Hospitality Manager role. This position is pivotal in managing all operations at our Walla Walla tasting room, optimizing in-person and digital experiences for our customers, while setting the standard for service and exceptional hospitality to our guests. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, organized, and deeply enthusiastic candidate who lives and breathes wine culture, in and outside the tasting room. Bonus if your passion lies in the world of natural wine!

We are a boutique, family run winery with a small but mighty team. We rely on each other to make sure things get done, and we all must be flexible. The ideal candidate understands that working for a small business is challenging and exciting - no two days are the same, and no task is too small! They are eager to be involved - and appreciates that there is nothing more important to our team than dedication to exceptional customer service, and going the extra mile for co-workers and guests alike. This role will directly report to winery ownership.
