-light bites available or takeout welcome Not sure if we want to call it Foundry Wine Bar or Foundry Wine Garden Alton calls it wine garden & I feel like that’s more applicable Also technically this would be 5pm-8:30, Oh also we have beer Beer from Aslan brewery I’ll chat w Lisa but we might get a food truck for spring kickoff We can add food trucks to the schedule if/when we confirm them Ehhhhh actually. While we’re allowing takeout we won’t have food trucks. Keep it simple. SPRING SCHEDULE
Meet our instructors:
Chrissy Mueller is a 500 hour trained Hatha yoga instructor, having completed her most recent training in the South of India. Her style of teaching invites you to connect deeply to your breath, body, and spirit and to cultivate a sense of nourishment and increased energy. Each class with Chrissy will include postures, breath practice, and mediation.
Rob Robinson is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Works/Yoga Alliance. He began his yoga journey over fifteen years ago with his mentor & teacher – Terri Cotts of Blue Heron Yoga. He completed the 200 Hour RYT program through Yoga Works as taught by Michelle Klink out of the San Francisco (Marin) Bay Area to subsequently be admitted to Yoga Alliance. Rob has developed a unique style that is both grounded and holistic, inspired both by Tai Chi movements and the Yogic philosophy of Patangali in the Yoga Sutras. In his experiential sequences - he loves to incorporate Asana aspects of the Mind-Body experience he hopes to cultivate.
