2010 White on White

Blend: 50% Viognier, 38% Chardonnay, 6% Semillon, 6% Grenache Blanc

The 2010 White on White is pale and clean in color. The nose exhibits crisp citrus and mineral characteristics that carry through to an energetic mouth-feel. The balanced acidity makes this wine a perfect pairing for summer seafood, fruit salads and an array of cheeses.


2010 Chardonnay

Blend: 87% Chardonnay, 3.7% Grenache Blanc, 3.7% Semillon, 1.9% Viognier,1.9% Orange Muscat, 1.9% Marsanne

The 2010 Chardonnay exhibits a golden straw color and has a bright nose of citrus zest, mineral and stone. The mouth-feel opens with full and energetic flavors of crisp melon, fresh lemon and lime. Structured with a forward, refreshing acidity, this wine continues to excite through mid-palate and slightly mellows with subtle mineral notes to a memorable finish.


2008 Artisan Blend

Blend: 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc

The 2008 Artisan Blend opens with a bright, fresh nose of black fruit and spice box. Notes of cassis and blackberry enhance the elegant front and mid-mouth feel which is supported by a balanced acidity, dusty tannins and spice on the back of the palate. This youthful wine pairs well now with food. It’s an age-worthy blend that will fill out and become more expressive with age, which is traditional for a young Bordeaux blend.


2008 Fire Red

Blend: 54% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, and 9% Cabernet Franc

The 2008 Fire Red is a beautifully balanced wine that exhibits rich red fruit in the nose and on the palette. The mouthfeel is filled with expressions of strawberry, cracked pepper and chalky tannins. Subtle dark undertones present themselves mid-palette. This bright, young wine is fully enjoyable now yet will gain more nuance and complexity with age.


2007 Artisan Blend

Blend: 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 22% Malbec, and 7% Cabernet Franc

This old-world, styled wine is nuanced with aromas of ripe red berry, cassis, and herbs with hints of vanilla. The nose on this wine is a beautiful introduction to its supple and lush mouthfeel. A refreshing acidity makes for a pleasant and well-balanced wine that is drinking beautifully now, and will continue rewarding over the year.


2007 Fire Red

Blend: 48% Cabernet Sauvignon,36% Merlot, 8% Malbec, and 8% Cabernet Franc

This wine is fresh off the nose with ripe fruit, cassis, pepper and hints of vanilla. The Walla Walla Valley is well represented with this blend, and while the initial sensation is a smooth and elegant mouthfeel, the well-balanced acid and tannin structure finishes boldly; leaving a memorable impression and a desire for more.


2007 White on White

Blend: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier

This wine has the buttery beginnings of an oaked Chardonnay, but finishes with the banana undertones of a Viognier. Slightly sweeter than the 2006 White on White, this wine provides another layer to the term White on White, and shows how simple blending can lead to an amazing and complex wine tasting experience.


2006 Artisan Blend

Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 8.5% Petit Verdot, 8.5% Cabernet Franc

A well-balanced wine, with hints of black pepper, red currant, cranberry and spice, and a velvety finish provide for a complete package. Artwork is by Deborah Butterfield, and features an image of a bronze cast driftwood horse, named “Walla Walla.”


2006 Red Wine

Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot

Complex nose layered with hints of red fruit, dried currant, and chipotle pepper. This medium bodied wine with moderate acidity and subtle tannins provides versatility when pairing with food.


2006 Merlot

Blend: 100% Merlot

This Merlot exhibits the true nature of the fruit and the land in a single varietal. A bouquet of dark cherries, raspberries, and chocolate, with a mid-palette spice, and a smooth vanilla finish, combine to create a full wine experience. This is a hearty Merlot shows well balanced acidity and tannins which enable it to pair well with a wide range of rich meats and sauces.


2006 White on White

Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Semillon

This blend creates a crisp and clean mix of white on white. Aged in French Oak and left on the lees until bottling, this wine will pair well with anything spicy, Thai food or white fish.


2005 Artisan Blend

Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 8.5% Petit Verdot, 8.5% Cabernet Franc

Our second release is one wine, two labels. Five premium barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon from three separate vineyards were used to create this wine. Aromas of chocolate, cinnamon and black cherries that lead to a well-balanced and elegant mouthfeel. All of your senses will be aroused when the plum flavors envelope the velvet qualities of this wine.


2005 Red Wine

Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

This medium bodied wine exhibits earthy characteristics and dark fruit with subtle tannins. Old-world styling makes this a food-friendly wine.


2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

Blend: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot

Complex nose with hints of ripe strawberry, currant, orange peel, green olive, dark chocolate and leather; light and smooth tannins; tarry oak; well-balanced; great with or without food.
